Senior Instructional Designer, joined Genesis in 2006 after graduating from Portland State University with a Bachelors of Science in Communications. Since then, she has become a FKA certified professional designer and CTT+ certified instructor. Essential to the design process is an ability to interview the people closest to the topics being taught. Ann’s exemplary interpersonal skills give her a unique ability to relate to her customers and subject matter experts, engaging them in a way that eases the transfer of knowledge process. In addition to instructional design, she has proven organizational and project management skills that come in handy when tackling any new project, large or small. Ann has a strong love and passion for animals. In her free time she is a board director for a local Pug rescue organization. She is also an avid cyclist and enjoys recreating in the great outdoors.
