CEO and co-founder. Greg is characterized by his peers as a “people person” and “easy to talk to.” This combined with his six years of service in the armed forces and experience in the education system have given him a unique ability to lead as well as understanding the needs of his customers and employees. In 1998, he began working for Northwest Training Resources, developing and facilitating technical training for companies such as Freightliner, Hyundai Semiconductor, British Petroleum, and Integrated Device Technologies. In 2002, he co-founded Genesis Performance Systems and in 2008, assumed control of business operations. Though he is busy managing the day-to-day business operations for Genesis, he continues to teach and manage projects for our customers. Greg holds a Masters of Business Administration from George Fox University and a Bachelors of Science in Social Work from University of Phoenix. He is also a FKA certified Professional Designer. He loves to travel and on the weekends can often be found touring around in his RV with his wife and two sons.
