Operations Director and Senior Instructional Designer, with Genesis since 2002. Her strong project management skills and background working in a variety of different fields including training and development, environmental science, and sales and marketing, gives her a unique ability to integrate with just about any organization and tackle tough business problems. Lyndsey is able to lead projects of various sizes and scopes. She also knows first-hand the value of effective communication, and works closely with her customers to design internal communication plans and campaigns, newsletters and marketing pieces. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business from University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with emphases in Web-Development and Human Resources. She is also a FKA certified professional designer. In her free time she can be found camping, hiking and enjoying all Portland has to offer with her husband and two children.
